Margot Campbell
Margot has been teaching Pilates for a number of years and is committed to helping her clients achieve their individual goals. She is passionate about helping her clients take what they learn in her studio out into their everyday lifestyle, whether that is improvement in their posture or achieving a better connection with their breathing when exercising.
With her first book Pilates On The Go Margot has aimed to make Pilates accessible to as many people as possible. It focuses primarily on mat work rather than the use of machines (a more expensive proposition). She also includes tips about diet and exercise in the book, and suggests exercises that people can do while they are brushing their teeth, pushing a buggy or sitting in traffic, an approach which ties in with Margot's philosophy of Pilates on the go. The book was published to great success in January 2012 by Hodder & Stoughton in the UK.
