Many of her projects have picked up awards, including a Webby and an Interactive BAFTA. In 2008, Claire was one of the founders of a company that produces an animation series to help children with autism recognise emotions, for which she was nominated for a BAFTA.

In 2012, she started to work for the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where she is heading up a £10.5 million mass-participation campaign to get people to do something positive for where they live by sowing UK native wild flowers.
