imageimage Rachel started her eponymous food and travel blog as a teenager in 2009 as a way to spend her free time and share her writing. It turned into a place where she documents by way of recipes what she had for dinner, the restaurants she’s eaten in in London and Los Angeles (where she completed part of her English Literature degree) and the countries she visits in search of yet more food.

Through her blog she has been featured in publications on both sides of the pond including the Huffington Post, BBC Good Food and Delicious.

Rachel writes a monthly column for Borough Market, and is a regular contributor to Great British Chefs. She has also reviewed children’s books for The Guardian, and contributed to the James Beard Award winning American website Food 52.
